5. According to the regulations, the cumulative payment period of the basic old-age insurance premium is 15 years. Requirements for special types of work:

(1) Those who have worked in special jobs such as high temperature, underground and high altitude for more than 10 years may retire five years before the statutory retirement age with the approval of the labor department;

(2) Suffering from a certain disease and reaching a certain age after approval, you can apply for retirement;

(3) Under some special circumstances, the government can retire several years in advance in order to resettle employees.

(4) Some injured workers lose their ability to work. You can retire early after approval.

Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions.

(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years.

(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years.

This provision also applies to grassroots cadres whose working conditions are the same as those of workers.
