The practice is as follows:
One: Wash the bought shrimp, cut off the whiskers, pick out the shrimp line from the second section with a toothpick, and then wash and drain it for later use.
Two: cut off the onion and peel the garlic for later use.
Three: put more oil in the pot. While it's hot, put the shrimp in oil for 78 minutes and fry until it turns red.
Four: Pour the oil out of the pot, and don't put any more oil. Sticky oil in the pot is enough. Add onion, garlic and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a few drops of sesame oil and continue to stir-fry evenly.
Five: Pour in the pepper, stir fry for a while, add the hot sauce and stir fry evenly.
Six: Pour half a bowl of water, add salt and sugar, stir fry.
Seven: Add the shrimps and stir-fry for a while. When the juice is almost absorbed by the shrimps, add the cooked white sesame seeds and quickly turn them over to serve. Sprinkle some chopped green onion after serving.
