Materials:
Minced meat 100g (pork or beef), tofu 500g (both young and old), 5 garlic cloves, 3 slices of ginger, pepper granules 15, pepper noodles 1 spoon, bean paste 1 spoon, proper amount of edible oil and soy sauce/kloc-.
Exercise:
1, heat the oil in the pot, fry the meat foam first, and put it in a bowl for later use.
2. Heat the oil in the pot, stir fry the garlic, ginger, pepper and Chili noodles, and add a spoonful of bean paste to stir fry the red oil.
3. Pour in the chopped tofu and stir well.

5. Finally, pour in starch water and thicken it into juice.
Ps: If you like spicy food, you can add some pepper oil and Chili sauce.
