How to make chicken soup?
Remove the remaining fine hairs from the chicken skin, wash and chop.
Pour the chicken into a large soup pot, boil it, take it out, and wash the blood foam with warm water.
Put it back in a clean soup pot, add water about 20 cm higher than the chicken pieces, and skim off the foam after the fire boils.
Add ginger and pepper, simmer for 2 hours, then add Lycium barbarum and stew 1 hour.
There will be a lot of chicken oil in the chicken stew, so you must skim it off with a spoon, otherwise it will be very greasy.
