Lishui is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province. Lishui is located at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian provinces in the southwest of Zhejiang Province, bordering Wenzhou in the southeast, Ningde and Nanping in the southwest, Quzhou in the northwest, Jinhua in the north and Taizhou in the northeast. Total area 17298 km2.
Lishui City has some special dishes, such as Anren fish head, bamboo shoots and eggs, mountain snails, braised brook fish, burritos and Jinyun sesame cakes, all of which are authentic Lishui local dishes.
