Exercise:
1? Slice beef, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little starch and a handful of olive oil, and marinate for 15 minutes;
2? Slice Tricholoma and zucchini for later use;
3? Stir-fry beef until it changes color, and take it out for later use;
4? Stir-fry minced garlic in a pot, add zucchini and Tricholoma, stir-fry until soft, and add beef;
5? Stir-fry a spoonful of oyster sauce and shallots evenly.
