Material: two pig's trotters.

5, turn to the stew pot, the rice cooker I use, stew for one and a half hours to two hours. After stewing for an hour, I seasoned it with salt. I put a teaspoon of salt in it.
6, turn the wok, that is, the kind of pot that can often turn over the pot. Non-stick pan will not change the color of meat, and iron pan may make the soup a little black.
7, fire juice, until the soup is rich, put some monosodium glutamate to taste!
Ginger with pig feet
Material: two pig's trotters.
Ingredients and seasonings: 3 eggs, sweet vinegar and ginger.

1. Wash and peel the old ginger, split it with the back of a knife, fry it until it is dry.
2. Pour the sweet and sour juice into the casserole. After boiling, add the fried ginger and simmer for about half an hour. Turn off the fire and let the ginger soak fully, at least overnight.
3. Wash and blanch the trotters. Students who are afraid of being greasy can cook for about 20 minutes first. Soup can be kept as broth or noodles. Take out the pig's trotters and put them in the cooked ginger vinegar juice for more than half an hour. Students who are not afraid of oil can directly blanch pig's feet and scoop them into ginger vinegar juice. Take another pot and boil the eggs with clear water. After about 5 minutes, shell them and put them in ginger vinegar juice with pig's trotters.
