In view of the above situation, I designed a manuscript newspaper imitating the editorial department to promote the division of labor and cooperation between students and improve together. First, set up an editorial department in the class. First, set up an editorial department in the class to form the leading core of handwritten newspapers. This requires teachers to have vision and talent. Editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief, layout designer and Art editor all need to be tailored to enable students to give full play to their specialties. After the democratic consultation of the students, everyone agreed to divide the handwritten newspaper into four sections: campus news (or domestic news), youth Expo, learning garden and sharp corner circle. "Campus news" can be written by students about valuable new people and new things on campus, or it can extract domestic news that primary school students should know; "Youth Expo" mainly talks about the scientific and technological knowledge that primary school students can accept or the local customs around the world; "Learning Garden" is an extension of students' classroom knowledge, and any content related to what they have learned at present can be included. The "Sharp Corner Challenge Hall" is a space for everyone to compete in practice. Students write their most satisfactory papers, and the editorial department chooses the best one to publish, so that the author will be honored as the champion of this issue. Other students can also express their views on the winning works, and valuable ones will also be posted in the comment area of the "Challenge Hall". In addition, there is a "humorous paradise", which publishes some cartoons that appeal to both refined and popular tastes, so that students who are proficient in "The Way of Danqing" can show their skills, and there are mobile columns such as sewing and "Last Week's Comments" to enrich the content. Second, everyone is a small reporter. The handwritten newspaper in the class must be geared to all and strive to improve the reading and writing ability of all students. So, when I set up a good editorial department, I tried my best to organize and mobilize the whole class to assist the editorial department in soliciting contributions from the whole class, so that the whole class became small reporters and actively read after class. The "editor" of each page has carefully set up his own "mailbox" and written novel advertising words on it. The students' interest in reading and writing was aroused, young journalists contributed articles enthusiastically, young editors wrote in an orderly way, and several copies of their works were printed and circulated in the class. The students read their own labor achievements, which not only increased their knowledge, but also exercised their abilities in all aspects. The system in each group is made by the students themselves, and some groups also make rules. Everyone in the group practices writing an article every day, and the rest contribute according to their works.
