Second, practice two: Toona sinensis fried bacon
1. Prepare a proper amount of Toona sinensis, first cut off the roots, put them in a basin, wash them with clear water, then add a basin of clear water, sprinkle some salt, stir to melt the salt, and soak Toona sinensis for 5 minutes. Time is up, rinse with flowing water, prepare a piece of bacon and cut ginger into pieces for later use.

Next, boil the water in the pot, add some salt, put the Toona sinensis in the boiling water 1 minute, and when you see the Toona sinensis turn green, you can take it out of the pot, and then let it cool. 1. Toona sinensis is washed, rooted and cut into small pieces about 1 cm.
2. Wash the shrimp, cut it from the back of the shrimp with a knife, don't cut it off, and pick out the shrimp line. Put the processed shrimp into a container, add a little cooking wine, water starch, minced onion and ginger, and a little egg white for sizing.

Five, practice five: Toona sinensis fried rice
1. Cut a little from the top of Toona sinensis head, wash it, blanch it in a pot 1 min and take it out.
