Basic introduction
Ingredients: 300g of dog meat, 0g of onion100g, 50g of green pepper.
Seasoning: a little onion and ginger, 2g salt, sugar 1g, cooking wine 10g, soy sauce 10g, proper amount of sesame oil, and water starch 10g.
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients and blanch the cut dog meat with boiling water for later use.
Step 2: Peel onions, remove seeds from green peppers and red peppers, and cut into small pieces for later use. Stir-fry onion and ginger until the oil is hot.
Step 3: Pour in dog meat and stir-fry evenly, add cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4: Add salt and sugar, add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Step 5: Add green pepper and stir fry, then add water starch and stir fry evenly.
Step 6: Finally, pour in sesame oil, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
Dog meat has high nutritional value. Every 100g of dog meat contains protein 14.5g and fat 23.5g, which is comparable to beef and pork. It also contains potassium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, vitamins and amino acids, and is an ideal nutritious food.
