A unique creative lesson
On April 30th, 20021,a large-scale reading seminar for senior high school sponsored by the Education Bureau and undertaken by our school was held in our school. In the morning, five young teachers from four schools had a heterogeneous class of group reading. In the afternoon, Kou Yongsheng, a famous Jiangsu teacher, demonstrated a new method of reading group texts. After that, Mr. Kou commented on the five classes in the morning. Teacher Kou bluntly pointed out that the five teachers' classes are nothing new, and they are still the same as in the past, wearing old shoes and taking the old road, and the teaching philosophy has not changed.

Teacher Kou's demonstration class really brightened our eyes. He is very persuasive and very clever. Later, when commenting on the class, Mr. Kou said that his class was scheduled at noon. After learning about the students in our school (the students in our school are all below average after being selected from No.1 Middle School, with poor foundation), he overthrew the original idea and redesigned PPT at noon, which is really admirable. I think it will take us a long time to prepare an open class, and it will take a lot of effort to form it. The classes of the senior group in our school are also formed after repeated drills and revisions.

Teacher Kou's class can prepare lessons in an hour or even less, and become an excellent class. This is the gap between famous teachers and ordinary people.

I think this class has the following characteristics:

First, establish teaching objectives.

The unit goal of these three characters' communication is to learn the main expressive methods of character communication to shape characters. Teacher Kou's teaching goal is to explore the main expression methods of three letters and learn the writing method of three letters to imitate one letter of Chinese characters. The establishment of this goal completely follows the unit goal and can be said to be very accurate.

It can be said that the establishment of the teaching objectives of five classes in the morning is biased, or too simple and without depth. The goal of our senior three class is to explore the spiritual quality of characters and understand the value of labor. Teacher Kou thinks this goal is too political, so Chinese class can't be a political class. In Chinese class, we should learn the author's method of portraying characters.

Teacher Li's class focuses on the significance of news background in character communication. Teacher Kou thinks that the establishment of this teaching goal is contrary to the unit teaching goal and does not meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform.

Teacher Kou's comments made me realize how important it is to establish the teaching objectives of a class. The choice of teaching content of the article must not be arbitrary. And our previous teaching also had teaching objectives, but we didn't delve into the significance and completion of the teaching objectives. This is the direction that we must focus on in future classes.

Second, the detailed arrangement of class content.

These three people's short messages, the deeds of three workers (news facts) and the mental outlook of workers are easy to find in the text of middle school students, and the ability level belongs to information screening, so these contents are directly discarded by Mr. Kou, which really follows the principle of "don't talk" of the student union and greatly improves the efficiency of classroom learning.

The focus of Mr. Kou's class is to guide students to understand the main writing techniques in these three kinds of writing communication.

Teacher Kou's first question is: What is the role of subtitles in communication? Faced with this problem, students are very confused and don't know where to start. I also think the question is a bit high. Faced with the students' confusion, Mr. Kou took his time and began to persuade them. If you write news facts directly, without subtitles, and then compare them with subtitles, students will gradually have ideas and more students will raise their hands. The communication structure in students' minds is clear. The three articles have their own characteristics, and middle school students have a clear understanding through comparison.

Followed by a detailed description, the description of the profile, as well as the main expression of the three people's personality communication, the answer was unveiled in front of the students. Finally, the writing methods of character communication are summarized: grasping typical cases, using wonderful details, subtitles and so on. It feels like everything will come naturally in the end.

In the morning class, the content of a teacher's whole class is to take students to filter information, which is really too big.

Mastering the writing method of writing communication, it is necessary to practice this writing method so that students can really understand and use it. In the next link, Mr. Kou created a scene for students to learn to write character communication.

Third, create scenarios to help students find inspiration

In the practical writing stage, Mr. Kou creates writing scenes and makes full use of the materials around him to help students sort out their writing ideas. Just now, we listened to Teacher Yan's report on deeds. Teacher Yan is a banner of Long Yuan education, and there are news reports on TV. Now Mr. Kou asks the students to write a character newsletter to Mr. Yan. How to write? First of all, we must collect materials. There are many ways to collect materials. The first is online search. Second, you can do interviews with people. What preparations should people make for an interview? Be prepared for interview questions; It is necessary to establish a good interview goal. It can be Miss Yan herself, her colleagues, her students or someone who has heard her story report.

And our meeting happened to be attended by Mr. Yan himself, as well as her colleagues in the studio and the teachers who listened to Mr. Yan's report. Teacher Kou guides the students to think one by one and encourages them. Do you want to experience the feeling of being a reporter with such a good opportunity? So a large number of students poured into the classroom to interview Ms. Yan herself, her colleagues, the principal and our teachers ... This real and vivid teaching scene aroused great interest from teachers. Chinese classroom has really become an open classroom.

With the material, Mr. Kou will continue to guide you. You can choose one of the three text messages according to the materials you have, and write it by imitating its structure. For example, you can choose Zhang Binggui's article "A fire in your heart warms your heart". Teacher Yan's insistence on education happens to be "a fire in my heart, which warms the hearts of students". You can also choose the structure of the article "Explorer, Zhong Yang", because Ms. Yan is an explorer in the field of education: she is both a famous teacher and a social activist, and founded the Yan Education Foundation to do social welfare activities; She is also a mentor, helping young and middle-aged teachers grow up. At the same time, she also founded a famous teacher studio to lead and help more young teachers grow up. ...

With rice and recipes, this big meal will definitely not run away. Such composition guidance must go deep into students' hearts.

In addition, after the students answered the questions in class, Mr. Kou praised the language as well as classic body movements, gave a thumbs-up and gave gifts to the students who answered well and actively. So at first, the students were a little stiff, but later they were very active.

The whole class let us see how the teacher led the students to break through the difficulties of thinking, build a platform, and let the students think by going up one flight of stairs. How to entertain and teach, how to make learning a happy thing, and how to encourage students to actively participate in learning.

The content of this course is not high for us students, but the students still bravely won the highland, which shows that as long as they are properly guided, given trust and time, the students will certainly bring us surprises. Usually I often hear teachers say that our students' intelligence level is like this, so we should reduce the difficulty and master simple knowledge. Actually, it is not. As long as students are given the opportunity, they are confident to master even difficult knowledge.

A good lesson depends on the teacher's intention and design.
