Aoerliang barbecue
Ingredients: pork rump 1, about 400g, rosemary 3, Orleans barbecue 8 8- 10/0g.
Production method:
1, prepare the ingredients used, wash the pork repeatedly, and scrape off the pigskin with a knife for easy cleaning. Rosemary is planted on my balcony, and it's good to add some flavor to every barbecue. It's convenient for me to use Orleans-flavored barbecue ingredients.
2, washed pork, cut into pieces of uniform size with a knife, fat is the best, and the knife should be sharp when cutting the meat, so that the size of the cut meat will be uniform and the baking time will be the same. If the knife is not sharp enough, you can put the meat in quick freezing and freeze it for half an hour before cutting it, which is very convenient.
3. Put the meat slices in a glass bowl and sprinkle with the Orleans barbecue materials.
4. Put on disposable gloves, mix seasoning and meat slices evenly, massage back and forth repeatedly for a while, wrap each meat slice with seasoning, add rosemary, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30-60 minutes. Massage helps pickled meat slices taste more convenient and taste better when baked.
5. Take out the marinated meat slices, put them into the frying basket of the air fryer, and spread a layer. I put a layer of oil paper in the frying basket, which was originally for the convenience of cleaning. When baking, I found that the baked oil could not leak down, so I took out the oil paper.
6. Cover the pan, set the temperature of the air fryer to 180 degrees, about 18 minutes, and start baking, and turn it over in the middle.
7. As soon as the time comes, the brown and attractive Orleans barbecue is ready.
8. Look at the fat baked at the bottom of the frying pan. There is a lot of oil. Pigskin is fried in oil, not greasy, and tastes better than lean meat.
9. Put the roasted meat slices on a plate, put them in a cake or roll pancakes. It is delicious.
Tips:
1, it's best to use three cuts of meat or pork with fat and thin alternately for barbecue. I didn't buy a nice three cuts of meat this time, so I used the rear buttock meat, so I must not use pure lean meat, because it is firewood, which is not fragrant enough.
If you don't have an air fryer, you can try baking in the oven. The principle is similar.
As for the barbecue materials, you can also use soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper to make sauce, marinate the meat slices and put some ginger slices.
