Exercise:
1. Dice potatoes, boil them in water, and take them out for later use.
2. Take out the butter and put it in the raw egg yolk. Slowly add olive oil to raw egg yolk while stirring.
3. Stir until completely uniform, and add salt, sugar and chopped black pepper.
4. Dice the boiled eggs for later use.
5. Cherries are peeled and diced for use.
6. Cut the avocado in half and remove the core.
7. Dig out the avocado meat and keep the skin as a container.
8. Dice avocados and boiled eggs and put them in a container.
9. Put all the shrimps, almonds and cashews, diced potatoes and diced cherries in, and pour in your salad dressing and mix well.
