Sweet soup of papaya and tremella
Papaya is very moist. Add tremella to make sweet soup. It tastes smooth and refreshing. This is a very good dessert.
1. Prepare a ripe papaya on the tree, peel it and cut it into small pieces. Soak tremella in water and tear it into small pieces. Add baking soda to clean.
2. Take the casserole, first boil the tremella with hot water for 30 hours, and then pour in the papaya.
3. After boiling again, add rock sugar and wait for it to melt.
Scrambled eggs with cold melon
Many people know that cold melons are summer vegetables. Although bitter, it is very helpful in clearing away heat and toxic materials, and can be often given to family members in summer.
1. Remove and shred the white sac of the cold melon, blanch it in a pot and add a spoonful of sugar.
2. Soak the blanched wax gourd in cold boiled water and cool it.
3. Pour the cold melon into the salted egg liquid and stir well.
4. Pour into a non-stick pan, fry slowly on low heat, and mash after setting.
Fried lettuce leaves with garlic
Lettuce leaves can be eaten, and its nutrition is even richer than lettuce stems. Lettuce leaves are bitter ingredients, especially suitable for eating in hot summer.
1. First cut the lettuce leaves into two sections, then soak them in clear water 10 minutes and then wash them.
2. Pour cooking oil into the pot, saute garlic and pour lettuce leaves.
3. Add salt and sugar to taste immediately and stir well.
4. Add appropriate amount of water starch to thicken the pan.
