Ingredients: pineapple 1, salmon 50g, rice 1 small bowl, half onion, egg 1, a little edamame and crab mushroom.
The manufacturing steps are as follows:
Beat the eggs into egg liquid, wash and dice all the ingredients;
Dice the salmon, pour in a small amount of cooking wine and evenly grab it to remove the fishy smell;
Wash and dry the pineapple, cut it parallel to the dining table with a knife at the height of pineapple 1/4;
Dig the meat inside the pineapple, leaving the pineapple bowl wall with a thickness of about1cm;
Dig out the pineapple meat to 1/2, cut it into cubes, and prepare fried rice;
Heat the wok, pour in the right amount of oil, add the eggs and fry them into dices, then put the eggs in a bowl;
Pour some more oil into the pot, stir-fry the onion to make it fragrant, and pour in the vegetables and stir-fry for about 1 minute;
Add diced salmon and stir-fry for half a minute, add rice and stir-fry evenly, and add chopped eggs and stir-fry evenly;
Sprinkle with appropriate amount of fine salt, chopped black pepper and chopped white pepper, stir well, and put in a pineapple bowl for lira.
