The practice of tomato fried egg noodles
Heat the pan, pour in the right amount of oil, and knock in an egg carefully when the oil temperature rises slightly (the temperature at which the egg liquid can just solidify).
Turn down the heat, fry one side first, with a little salt.
Fry the other side, if you like it well done, fry it for a while, otherwise, fry it less.
In the process of frying eggs, the tomatoes are washed and cut into small pieces.
When the eggs are fried, shovel them out. Don't wash the pot, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and pour them in.
A little salt, a little monosodium glutamate, stir well.
Turn off the heat when the tomatoes are cooked into soup.
