How to make natural green mango syrup?
Green mango diced/sliced/sliced
(The cutting method is arbitrary as required. Please ignore my knife maker's picture. It's a ripe mango, sweet enough. You don't need to boil sugar water, just put it on the cake.)
Boiled sugar soaked green mango
Take a small heating pot (I used the one in the almond cake that boiled sugar water).
Add 150g sugar and 225g water.
