Ingredients: 300g of yuba.
Accessories: auricularia auricula 100g? 50g carrot
Seasoning: a little salt? Proper amount of soy sauce? How much onion? What is the right amount of ginger? Garlic quantity? How much cooking wine is this? Proper amount of oyster sauce? Proper amount of vegetable oil? A little sugar
Soak yuba and auricularia in advance, cut yuba into oblique sections, slice carrot, slice onion, ginger and garlic.
Heat the pot with a little oil, then saute shallots, ginger and garlic slices.
Add yuba, auricularia and carrot and stir fry.
Add some cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and half a glass of water and stew for a while.
When the soup thickens, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.
Stir well and serve.
Cooking tips
1. If you like to eat chewy things, the foaming time of yuba will be shortened.
There is no salt in the recipe, because soy sauce and oyster sauce are salty.
3. If it's beautiful, carrot slices can be put at the end, but mine is for the elderly, just at the beginning.
