Required ingredients
Appropriate amount of Chinese cabbage, garlic, salt, sugar 1 spoon, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, sesame oil 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, a little vegetable oil and water starch.
Practice steps
1. Prepare a proper amount of fresh Chinese cabbage and break it directly by hand, because there are a lot of residual pesticides and soil in Chinese cabbage, which should be cleaned up one by one. Then soak in clear water for 10 minute. Mash a few pieces of garlic and cut into powder.
2. Mix the juice first, add half a spoonful of salt, 1 spoonful of sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of sesame oil and 1 spoonful of oyster sauce to the bowl, and stir well for later use.
3. Boil the water in the pot, add some vegetable oil and salt, and pour the cabbage into the water. Vegetable oil can make the color of Chinese cabbage green and unchanged. Salt can make Chinese cabbage taste better, and Chinese cabbage is easy to cook, which takes about 10- 15 seconds. Pick it up and put it aside.
4. Put oil in a hot pot, pour in minced garlic and stir fry, then pour in the prepared juice, add appropriate amount of water, and pour in a little starch water after boiling. Collect the soup until it thickens. Spoon it up and pour it on the Chinese cabbage.
