1, Huazhou giblet

Huazhou beef offal, a folk snack in western Guangdong, has been on CCTV many times. Very famous, it can be said that it has robbed the limelight of Maoming area and can be seen everywhere.

In fact, the practice of beef offal is not complicated. 3. Cooking with dustpan

Cooking with a dustpan is a unique traditional snack in western Guangdong, which can be seen everywhere in the streets of Maoming and Zhanjiang. It grows up with us, and it can be said that it is full of childhood memories. The dustpan was originally made of bamboo sticks as a container for holding ingredients, so it was named dustpan. It was steamed with several layers of rice paste and added with secret sesame oil. Rice is fragrant and refreshing, tender and smooth, with endless aftertaste.
