Ingredients
Main ingredients: 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 300g water gluten;
Accessory ingredients: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chicken essence, Appropriate amount of braised soy sauce
Fried gluten with double peppers

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean the ingredients and cut them into strips.

Put oil in the pot, add the two peppers, and stir-fry twice.

Add gluten.

Add salt and stir-fry.

Saute thoroughly, stir-fry until cooked, and pour in braised soy sauce.
Turn off the heat, add chicken essence and serve.

Tips
After the vegetables are fried, add soy sauce before turning off the heat - the vegetables are beautiful.
