First of all, why write an English resume? Prepare a photo partner, don't overdo it. If it is a photo of life, the picture should be as clear as possible, and no other people should appear. The expression is not necessarily serious, but it should not be exaggerated. Good life photos often give people a closer feeling than id photos.

Name and work intention

English names are composed of "first name+last name", but they will also be translated directly according to the format of "last name+first name" in Chinese. As for the work goal, you can write a job that matches the present stage. Don't have a work goal that spans too much, which will give people a sense of unease. The specific title will be discussed when you get the offer.

In addition, CRA is translated as "inspector" in Chinese resume, and some friends write "inspector", which is not wrong, but we should respect the industry. Obviously, the former has the highest popularity and acceptance.

Age, telephone number, email address and work place are at least reflected information.

Don't mute your mobile phone during job hunting. If you hang up, remember to call back at your convenience. There may be many fixed telephones or non-local numbers, all of which may be HR or headhunters in different places. Other information, such as marital status, nationality, native place, political views, etc. Personally, I think it is dispensable. Suppose you are working in Beijing now, but your native place is Shandong, and you want to apply for a job in Shandong, then you can write it as a plus item; If you are just a league member, don't write your identity. If party member applies for some state-owned pharmaceuticals, it will be a plus item, which will not be of much help to foreign investors.

If you have worked part-time in school, you can briefly introduce yourself. For example, you have served as a monitor, head of a club, president of a student union, etc., which shows that you have certain leadership skills. If you have won many scholarships, you can choose the most important one and don't list them all.

List your previous work experience from near to far, including at least time, company and position.
