3. Use baking measuring spoon 1g spoon and add three spoons of condensed milk to the milk tea ingredients.
4. Add 15g non-dairy creamer, (this is the original dosage of the formula I used to open a shop. Non-dairy creamer can be baked with a spoon, 1.5g spoon, so you can add an extra spoon. It can also be weighed in accurate grams. ) 5. Measure 25ml of fructose in the measuring cup and add it to the previous black tea mixture. Dosage can be increased or decreased according to taste. (If sugar matcha powder is used later, you don't need to add fructose in this step. )
6. Add sugar-free matcha powder and weigh 5 grams. (Because matcha powder is light and fluffy, sugar-free matcha powder can be baked with a measuring spoon of10g. Add about a spoonful, about 5 grams. It can also be weighed in accurate grams. If sugar matcha powder is used, weigh 10g sugar matcha powder, and do not add fructose in the previous step).
7. Add water to the scale of 450ml. Stir it a little.
8. Add it to the boiling pot, stir and cook on low heat for about one minute until the ingredients melt. Add the boiled milk tea into the cup with raw materials, and melt the raw materials on the wall of the capacity cup. Pour it into the boiling pot again and cook for about one or two minutes on medium heat until the milk tea is slightly boiling.
