Steps of vegetable tofu in southern Shaanxi
1.? Put the soybean milk into the pot, increase the fire and bring it to a boil, then turn it to a low heat.
2.? Slowly pour in the slurry (the ratio of soybean milk to slurry is 25∶ 1) and stir slowly. When the soybean milk is semi-solidified, stop stirring and let it stand for solidification.
