Saturday recipes:
Morning: cereal (a small bowl) oranges.
Afternoon: Boil an egg, roast sea fish and stir-fry vegetables with mushrooms.
Evening: sweet potato porridge (a small bowl), cold spinach, cake.
Sunday recipes:
Morning: green tea, apples.
Afternoon: Fried pork liver with carrots and celery, boiled eggs and tomato soup.
Evening: mung bean porridge, garlic mixed with kelp, steamed bread and a raw cucumber.
