How to make fresh squid delicious and simple
Fresh squid is delicious and simple as follows:

Tools/materials: two fresh squid, green pepper, shallot, dried pepper, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and oil.

1. Cut open the squid, gut it, tear off the film, and then clean it.

2. Cut a cross pattern on the inside of the squid with an oblique knife.

3. Slice the cut squid, as shown in the figure.

4. Cut green pepper into pieces, chives into sections, ginger and garlic into sections, and dried peppers into sections for later use.

5. Boil the water, add two slices of ginger, blanch the squid, and pick it up for later use.

6. Take an oil pan, add ginger, garlic and dried chili, stir-fry, then add green pepper and squid rolls, add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce in turn, and finally add onion to stir-fry and take out the pan.
