Fried tofu at home
Ingredients: old tofu, fungus, green pepper, red pepper, garlic cloves, bean paste, starch water.
Seasoning: salt, salad oil, sugar, soy sauce, pepper.
Step 1: First, add auricularia auricula into clear water to soak the hair, then clean it and tear it into small pieces. Wash and cut the green pepper, and chop the garlic. Step 4: stew for about three minutes, pour in a little starch water to thicken, and finally sprinkle with a proper amount of pepper to collect the juice.
