Ingredients: Coix seed, yam, red dates, lotus root and ribs.
1. Wash and blanch ribs, and remove blood gas.
2. Wash the barley and put it in a bowl for later use.
3. Peel the lotus root and cut it into moderate size.
4. Peel Hu Aishan and cut it into small pieces. Some people itch when they touch Hu Aishan. You can wear disposable gloves when peeling.
5. Add clear water to the pot, add ginger and blanched ribs, boil over high fire, add yam, coix seed, red dates and lotus root pieces, stew for one hour, and season when taking out the pot.
6. Add edible salt to taste when cooking.
