Ingredients: pineapple, tenderloin, corn starch, sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce, white vinegar, salt, cooking wine and eggs.
Exercise:
1. Mix a sauce: a spoonful of sugar+a spoonful of white vinegar+a spoonful of soy sauce+three spoonfuls of tomato sauce+a spoonful of starch, and mix well for later use.
2. Dice the pineapple for later use.
3. Dice the tenderloin, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of starch and an egg, stir well, then add starch and stir until it becomes a paste.
4. When the oil temperature rises to 50% heat, fry the tenderloin in the pot until golden brown, and take it out immediately after the oil temperature rises.
5. Pour some oil in the pot into the prepared juice, cook until it is thick, pour in tenderloin and pineapple, stir fry and collect the juice.
