Method for frying bean dregs with ham
Squeeze the water out of the bean dregs (it can be wrapped in gauze), dice the ham, prepare appropriate amount of cabbage and shrimp skin, shred the ginger, crush the garlic and shred the dried pepper.
Pour oil into the pan, add shredded ginger, shredded garlic and dried Chili and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add diced ham and stir-fry a few times, then add bean dregs and continue to stir-fry (stir-fry constantly to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot)
Stir-fry bean dregs until they are slightly dry, add Chinese cabbage, shrimp skin and a little salt, and continue to stir-fry for a while.
Stir-fry until there is almost no water in the bean dregs, and then take it out of the pot.
