Ingredients: glutinous rice, water,
1. Wash the glutinous rice until the water is clear. Soak glutinous rice in a large container for 2 hours to make it absorb water and expand.
2. Wash the soaked glutinous rice with water again to control the moisture. If the rice is dry, it will steam faster.
5. Put the glutinous rice in a wooden bucket, put it in a steamer, boil the water, put the wooden bucket on the pot and turn to medium heat.
6. Cover the barrel and steam for 30 minutes. Turn the glutinous rice with chopsticks.
7. Turn to low heat and steam for about 15 minutes.
