Ingredients to prepare: Yellow croaker: 2 pieces, shredded ginger: appropriate amount, water tofu: appropriate amount, onion: appropriate amount, garlic: appropriate amount, light soy sauce: appropriate amount, salt: appropriate amount, cooking wine: appropriate amount.
1. Wash the yellow croaker with clean water, wash and cut the ginger into shreds, and slice the tofu into slices for later use.
