Pear, cucumber and onion shredded cold sauce Ingredients: 1 purple onion, 1 pear, half cucumber, 1 garlic cloves, 80g Thai sweet and spicy sauce, 40ml white rice vinegar and 3g salt.
Practice steps:
1. Peel off the old skin of onion and cut it into filaments 1mm wide. Flatten garlic cloves and chop them. Mix them with shredded onion, add salt and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes to remove the spicy taste of onion.
2. Cucumber is cut into filaments with width of 1mm, and pear is peeled and pitted and then cut into filaments with width of 2mm.
3. Put the pickled shredded onion into the vegetable-dressing basin, and put the shredded cucumber and shredded pear into the vegetable-dressing basin. Add Thai sweet and spicy sauce and white rice vinegar and mix well, then marinate for 10 minutes.
