Raw materials: 300g sea cucumber, 20g medlar, 30g mushroom, 50g mung bean, 20g onion, 50g vegetable oil and 30g sugar.

Put the frying spoon on the fire, add the vegetable oil, and when it is 60% hot, switch to medium heat. Stir-fry scallion, add sea cucumber, mushrooms, green beans and white sugar, add water 1000 ml, cook for 40 minutes, and then add Lycium barbarum to cook slightly.
Braised Sea Cucumber with Scallion
Ingredients: sea cucumber, onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, salad oil, pepper, sugar, wet starch and sesame oil.
Practice: take out the sea cucumber intestinal mud, wash it, cut it into large pieces, put it in boiling water, add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and pepper, cook for about 5 minutes, take it out and drain it. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan, add onion and stir-fry until golden brown, add sea cucumber, sugar and cooking wine, thicken with wet starch, and pour in sesame oil.
