Stew ribs with hot potatoes
Wash the bought ribs first and put them in the soup pot. Put water into the ribs. When the ribs are on the water, the impurities floating on the water are removed. Take out the ribs about 3-5 minutes after the water boils. Chop garlic and dried red pepper.
Take another pot, add a proper amount of oil, stir-fry minced garlic and dried Chili at the oil temperature of about 6 or 7 minutes, then pour the ribs together and stir-fry until the surface is slightly yellow.
Move the fried ribs to a deep pot (the amount is not large, you can add water directly to the wok without ribs) and add water. After the ribs are boiled, simmer 15 minutes.
In the process of stewing ribs, potatoes can be processed, peeled, cut into pieces and put directly into the pot. Adding potatoes in the morning and evening determines the hardness of potatoes. I added curry before, so the potatoes are very pink after stewing, and I feel that the potatoes are wrapped in ribs.
