There are many foods I like. Sandwiches are my favorite food. I made it with bread, vegetables, omelets and cheese. The process of making an omelet is the most important part, which requires more skills and experience. From my operating experience, the most important factors are as follows: the temperature of cooking oil, the frying time, and the control of cooking utensils.
