Beiping Taste is a book about the diet of old Beijing compiled by Beiping scholar Ji Jianqing. The author limited his time to the Beijing diet in the Republic of China, which was written by famous writers such as Tang, Lao She, Deng Yunxiang, Liang Shiqiu, Wang Zengqi, etc., which is cultural.
