Mutton 500g, crucian carp 1, oil, onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine, pepper and chicken essence.
working methods
1, wash mutton, cut into small pieces, blanch, scale crucian carp, and wash internal organs.
2. Boil water, mutton, cooking wine, onion ginger and pepper for about 1 hour.
