Recommended recipe: fried meat with loofah
Ingredients: three loofahs, 250g pork belly, onion, ginger and garlic, soy sauce, oil, salt and spiced powder.
Exercise:
1, towel gourd with a thin peeling knife to scrape off the outer thin skin, rinse, and cut into thick slices with a knife.
2. Slice pork belly, chop onion and ginger, and chop garlic.
3. Put the oil in the pot, pour the pork belly after the oil is hot, and stir-fry it on low heat. Stir-fry pork belly until golden brown, add onion, ginger, allspice powder and soy sauce in turn, and stir well.
4. Add loofah and stir fry, add a little water to prevent sticking to the bottom. Stir-fry the loofah on medium heat until it is soft and add salt, continue to stir-fry for one minute, turn off the heat and sprinkle with the prepared minced garlic, stir-fry evenly with residual heat, and serve.
