The method of making sour beans is as follows:
Ingredients: 1000 grams of tender cowpeas.
Accessories: 30 grams of non-iodized salt, 1 spoon of high-strength liquor.
1. Pick and wash the tender cowpeas, remove and drain the water.
2. Sprinkle salt and rub it in a ratio of about 1000 grams of cowpeas to 30 grams of salt, and let it sit for 1-2 hours.
3. After 1-2 hours of salting, the cowpeas will become softer and darker in color.
4. Put the cowpeas into a clean empty mineral water bottle, pour in the salt water that has been left to stand, and add cold boiled or mineral water to the remaining part.
5. Finally, add a little high-grade liquor to seal. The sour beans will taste crisper. Just tighten the cap and turn it upside down, and wait for the beans to become sour.
