Hakka people in Jiangxi are mainly distributed in Gannan, which is usually called "Gannan", while others are distributed in southern Ji 'an, southern Fuzhou and Tonggu County in northwest Jiangxi. Since the Song Dynasty, the Han nationality in the Central Plains moved southward on a large scale, passing through southern Jiangxi and western Fujian to eastern Guangdong, and finally formed a relatively mature and stable Hakka clan. Some immigrants stayed in Gannan, Jiangxi, where they thrived.
