Ingredients: carrots, cucumbers
Seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, tomato sauce, Laoganma sauce chili, pepper oil , chives, MSG, vinegar, chili oil
Method:
1. Cut the cucumbers and carrots into shreds, marinate them with salt for about 20 minutes.
2. Pour away the pickling water and add appropriate amounts of light soy sauce, sesame oil, tomato sauce, Laoganma pepper, pepper oil, chive oil, MSG, vinegar, and chili oil. Mix well and serve.
