1. Ingredients: 3 pig trotters, 10 rock sugar, a glass of red wine, 3 aniseed, 3 bay leaves, soy sauce, a little vinegar, 5 small red peppers
2. Chop the pig's trotters into four pieces, blanch them in a pot and drain them. Heat the pot dry and add oil and add 10 crystals of rock sugar.
