How to steam razor clam with garlic?
Soak the razor clam in water for two hours, add a little salt and spit out the sand quickly. Then wash it and shell it with boiling water (it is best to peel it with boiling water, otherwise it may not be scalded). Remove the black line from the outer ring of the razor mouth.
Peel the loofah, clean it, cut it with a 2 cm oblique knife, and soak it in light salt water for 5- 10 minutes. The loofah will not turn black.
Drain the loofah and put it on a plate. Put the washed razor clam on the towel gourd.
Chop shallots and dried peppers. Chop garlic. If you don't like garlic very much, you can put a little less (I cut it in half).
Heat the oil pan, stir-fry the minced garlic and dried Chili over low heat until the minced garlic turns golden brown. The fire should not be too big, or it will explode easily. Spoon the fried garlic onto the taro with a spoon, and sprinkle some chicken powder and salt (a little salt is enough, and the taro itself is a little salty). Sprinkle some chopped green onion, cover with plastic wrap and steam on the pot.
Generally, it will be cooked in 8- 10 minutes ~ you can't steam it for too long, otherwise the loofah will rot. Pour some soy sauce from the pot and you can eat it ~
skill
It is recommended to eat with a spoon. Put a whole piece of loofah seeds and garlic into your mouth, full of garlic-flavored seafood and loofah. It tastes great ~
