Building fire prevention on the construction site mainly includes temporary buildings and buildings under construction.
(A) the principle of temporary building fire prevention
Temporary buildings on the construction site generally include offices, dormitories, kitchens, boiler rooms, warehouses for storing building materials and other living rooms for construction workers. The fire protection setting of the whole temporary building should be determined according to its use nature and fire risk.
First, taking fire separation measures for temporary buildings with different dangers can delay the spread of fire to a certain extent and win valuable evacuation time for users of temporary buildings. Second, evacuation settings should be considered, and evacuation indicators such as evacuation distance, evacuation aisle width and evacuation stairs should meet the requirements of the code.
(2) The principle of fire prevention for projects under construction
Because there are a large number of construction workers in the project under construction, and according to the different construction stages, hot work and on-site construction materials will increase the fire risk. In the event of a fire, the safe evacuation of site construction personnel is the key to the fire prevention setting of the project under construction.
Therefore, in the project under construction, passages should be set as far as possible to ensure the safe evacuation of construction personnel on site, and corresponding fire prevention settings should be made according to the building nature, building height, building scale and structural characteristics.
Second, the temporary housing fire protection requirements
Temporary buildings mainly include dormitories and office buildings. In addition, there are generator room, power distribution room, kitchen operation room, boiler room, flammable materials and inflammable and explosive dangerous goods warehouse and other buildings on the construction site.
(1) Fire protection requirements for dormitories and office buildings
In the living area of the construction site, a large number of temporary houses will be built for staff to work and stay, and a large number of on-site staff will have activities and rest at ordinary times. Generally, these temporary houses can't be designed according to the official office buildings and dormitory buildings, which brings hidden dangers to the fire safety of the construction site. Therefore, in line with the basic requirements of economy and rationality and ensuring fire safety, the following fire protection requirements are put forward for temporary dormitories and office buildings:
1. The combustion performance of building components should be Grade A. When the temporary building is a metal sandwich panel (commonly known as color steel plate), its core material should have a combustion performance grade. The combustion performance of materials shall be tested by qualified testing institutions in accordance with the current national standard "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products", and a qualified test report shall be issued.
2. The number of building floors should not exceed 3, and the construction area of each floor should not be greater than 300m2.
3. When the building has three floors or the building area of each floor is more than 200m2, at least two evacuation stairs should be set, and the maximum distance from the room evacuation door to the evacuation stairs should not be more than 25m.
4. When the building is arranged on one side, the clear width of the evacuation walkway should not be less than1.0m; When a double-sided room is used, the clear width of the evacuation walkway should not be less than1.5m.
5. The clear width of the evacuation stairs should not be less than the clear width of the evacuation walkway.
6. The construction area of dormitory rooms should not be greater than 30m2, and the construction area of other rooms should not be greater than100m2.
7. The distance from any point in the room to the nearest evacuation door should not be greater than 15m, and the clear width of the door should not be less than 0.8m When the building area of the room exceeds 50m2, the clear width of the door should not be less than1.2m..
8. The partition wall should be cut from the floor base to the bottom of the roof base.
(2) Fire protection requirements of special rooms
In addition to office buildings and dormitory buildings, the construction sites such as generator room, power distribution room, kitchen operation room, boiler room, inflammable materials and inflammable and explosive dangerous goods warehouse are all temporary buildings with high fire risk on the construction site. Putting forward fire protection requirements for these buildings is conducive to controlling fire risks.
