1) Avoid eating more meat and bones: If you eat a lot of meat and bones after fracture, it will promote the increase of inorganic components in bones, lead to the imbalance of organic matter in bones and hinder the early healing of fractures.
2) Avoid partial eclipse: Fracture patients are often accompanied by local edema, congestion, bleeding, muscle tissue damage, etc. The body itself has the ability to resist and repair these, and the body's repair of tissue stasis mainly depends on various nutrients.
3) Don't eat indigestible food: Fracture patients have limited activities due to fixing plaster or splint, plus wound swelling and pain, mental anxiety and frequent loss of appetite. Therefore, food should be nutritious and easy to digest, and it is advisable to eat more fruits and vegetables.
4) Avoid drinking less water: It is very inconvenient for patients with fractures to move in bed, so drink less water to reduce the number of urination, make patients less active, weaken intestinal peristalsis, and easily cause constipation. Therefore, patients with bed fracture should drink water if they want.
5) Avoid eating too much white sugar: After a large amount of white sugar is ingested, it will cause the rapid metabolism of glucose, and alkaline calcium, magnesium and sodium plasma will participate in neutralization to prevent the blood from being acidic. Such a large amount of calcium consumption will not be conducive to the rehabilitation of fracture patients.
