How to clean the electrode cylinder of 20 tons coal-fired steam boiler

1. Turn off the power of the boiler and wait for it to cool for at least one hour.

2. Remove the cover on the upper part of the electrode barrel to remove the accumulated dust and dirt.

3. Use professional tools (such as cleaning gun and rubber tube) to clean the inner wall and outer wall of the electrode cylinder respectively.

4. Need further cleaning. You can use descaling chemical solution and pour the cleaning solution into the electrode barrel for soaking and cleaning.

5. Rinse the inside and outside of the electrode tube with water again and let it dry.
