DQ's Requirements for Franchisees

The franchisee's company is best located in the above three central cities, or although it is not in these three cities, it has great desire to invest in projects there, and has a good understanding of the local situation, and has a good relationship channel and human resource base in the local area.

Love DQ products and brands! Franchisees should be as enthusiastic about DQ as DQ Company. A franchisee should have experience in operating western brands or conducting business with western business concepts, which he has obtained in his current business or in his personal (and past) senior management experience (such as people with overseas study background).

Have successful operation experience in related markets, preferably chain restaurants, free brands, joining other franchise brands, other retail stores or service industries.

Ability to form a special team to run this project. In the initial stage, this team should include a general manager with catering industry experience and 100% DQ operation; A marketing manager. Moreover, with the development of business, we will increase the supporting personnel in related fields (market, store location, administration, etc.).

At least one person in the franchisee's team can communicate with the headquarters of DQ company skillfully in English, because all support and legal documents from the headquarters are in English. Only the operation and training support is provided by DQ staff in China, so it is in Chinese.

Ability (own or lease) to obtain high-quality store location in the city with good cost-effectiveness.
