Arthralgia: 1. cold paralysis; 2. gout.

4 Cold paralysis-painful paralysis

Painful paralysis (arthralgia aggravated by cold[1], painful bi[2], arthralgia caused by cold pathogen[2]) is the name of the disease[3].
