Ingredients: 500g oysters;
Accessories: sesame oil, light soy sauce, chives and garlic.
Grilled oysters with garlic
1
Brush the outside of the bought oysters with a brush.
2
Pry the oyster out of the gap with a screwdriver (I don't have a special shell-opening tool, just put it there), take out the oyster meat and wash it.
three
Peel garlic and grind it into a paste with a tool (garlic tastes better than minced garlic, so try to grind it into a paste to get a good taste)
four
Marinate all the oyster meat with seasoning for a while, and then put it back on the oyster shell (this step can be omitted if you like delicious food).
five
Sprinkle garlic and a spoonful of soy sauce on the oysters.
six
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped chives and drizzle with sesame oil.
skill
1, I may be used to the taste of seafood, so I basically don't marinate fresh seafood, which is delicious enough. However, it is estimated that friends in the north can't get used to it, so they can pickle it for a while first.
Don't steam for too long, otherwise the taste is not fresh enough.
